Covers the insured (buyer or seller) for losses in M&A transactions arising from breaches of warranties and or claims under a tax indemnity for unknown matters.

Covers losses arising out of M&A transactions, ordinary course business, or restructurings / divestments re-organisations.

Contingent

Covers losses from identified risks. Cover varies based on the circumstances of the risk but usually includes damages awards, settlements and other litigation/arbitration.

With a background in both underwriting and broking, Nuala was previously the head of UK W&I at insurer Tokio Marine HCC; and a director in Aon's W&I team for 15 years.
